The opening at the top of the slipway is 8m, so our cantilever gate is 12m long overall. There is no ground track so no issues with debris getting lodged which could result in lots of problems.
Even though the gate is nearly 1000kg in weight, due to the clever wheel system you can move it pretty easily.
